We are so excited for the new chapter of your life that you are about to begin. With all the excitement and sheer happiness that wedding day brings, we also know how stressful it is for you.
From finding the perfect wedding dress to color-coordinated decoration, wedding venue and most importantly, wedding cake, we know that it keeps you awake all night.
Don’t worry, and go with the flow. As a bride or groom, your job is to stay put and enjoy every bit of pre-wedding festivities. Yes, it is possible if you plan everything and leave the rest to the professionals.
1. Make a plan
Bride and groom, you can’t start your wedding preparations without a plan. Yes, that’s true.
Before anything else, figure out what are you looking for, what are your expectations, how do you want your wedding day to be like. Start with finalizing the plan first, take out your sticky notes and pen and write everything you have on your mind regarding your wedding day.
From your dress and your partner’s ring to wedding catering and venue. You need to have a proper plan before starting.
2. Figure out your preferences
Once you plan everything, break down things according to the time and effort needed for it.
Start with a wedding dress, get help from the internet, figure out your preferences and tastes, and place your order. It is one major thing that every person looks forward to, and it shouldn’t be ordinary. Once you are sure about your dress, say yes and order.
Next, figure out the wedding venue and discuss it with your partner as well as your family. Understand if you want a sundowner event with a reception or an early morning wedding in the mountains. If you are someone who loves beaches and huts, start looking for options. Explore as much as you can and finalize things accordingly.
Make you start planning and finalizing goods at least 4-6 months before the wedding day. This will save you from a lot of hassle and unnecessary last-minute runs.
3. Do not compromise on food
Now that you have your make-up, jewelry dress, and venue locked, next on the list is food. Yes, my favorite part of the wedding.
If you don’t have any ideas about this, get help from your friends and family. It is recommended to have a bunch of things on the menu. From having fresh salads to ordering food from the authentic Mexican restaurant of your choice to cocktails and starters, keep a fine blend of various dishes, and you are good to go.
RSVP will help you better for the number of people and accommodation accordingly.
4. Take help from professionals
Lastly, do not hesitate to ask for help from your professionals; they are there to help you and contribute greatly to your big day. From decoration to menu and venue setup, everything can be done without extra work.
Simply find the best wedding planners, shortlist the ones that match your requirements and you are good to go. Happy wedding!
